“The Mind of Now”
I remember, I remember,
But I can’t live in the past,
For when I try to turn around,
I end up right back where I’m at today,
For today is upon us, today is now,
I can’t live in the future,
As each second I try to get there,
I end up only in the now of today,
So please forgive me, if I gallop within the present,
Understand, I love being in the Now,
Not that of yesterday, or that of tomorrow,
For space and time is only an illusion,
An illusion we’ve created so that we could have,
A place within to decipher our creations,
To experience that of our thoughts & desires,
Good or bad we continue to create and to be,
From our desires within, to our thoughts upon those desires,
From the now of our experience, we simply create,
I enjoy, I love, I appreciate all that is, and that of myself,
All of this… I have today, all of this within the Now,
The Now is forever, where else would I want to be,
I can not worry about getting to heaven when I leave,
Heaven is here already, it’s within us, it’s Now,
And leaving is only an illusion, as that of birth,
Do you not see, where all this takes place to be,
It is within the mind, the mind of the Now.

We as humans have two of the same features that causes us all to be able to live on auto-pilot, When I think of auto-pilot , think of flying on an airplane and you hear the pilot saying over the intercom” we are now flying 6,000 altitudes above ground and you are now freely permitted to walk about the cabin.” At this point the plane is now on auto-pilot and everyone including the pilot are taking it easy as the plane flies itself. The plane is programmed to maneuver itself as the pilot can just relax and let things be handled by another source. The hardest thing some times in life is to relax and not be concerned about a situation especially if there is no resolve to the problem. The answer to problems usually comes when you let the problem go and get into the here and now It is not what you don’t have but what you do have now, and everybody has something. Being on auto-pilot is nice because you can enjoy the ride of life through good or bad life experiences. The question is how do you turn on your auto-pilot program?
The first thing to realize is understand that we don’t know everything nor have we all the answers: this should be a load off of your shoulders and through all you’re seeking you never will. The only thing we can do is figure out the system and let it work. Everything that I know today is because I refuse to accept unfounded generational truths and I questioned it relentlessly What I’m about to share is not profound and not to upset or offend any race, ethnicity, creed, color, nationality , religion, origin, sexual orientation, disability or gender. Is it possible to control what we cannot see? If your answer is yes then you are a troubled constantly worried and up at the middle of the night having just woke up after dreaming about running in the dark thinking someone was chasing you kind of a person. Basically we’re always worried about things or situations that do not exist. Do you believe in what you can’t see?
We are first body and then spirit .this is proved by birth and death .when a child is born, that baby will grow to maturation meaning the body develops as far as it was designed to do. The reason we knew that baby is alive when it was born is because the doctor pulled it out and spanked it: and the baby moved and cried with a sign of life. The opposite happens when a person dies, so this is a demonstration of non movement which depicts the life has exited out of the body. The bottom-line to my point is that relating this to the subject of auto-pilot; the spirit is ready to operate but all systems must be ready for take off. We must be willing to let go and switch to auto-pilot. Our preoccupations in life with things that we don’t have keep us from entering the auto step. The spirit part of us wants to take over and drive but we won’t take our hands off of the controls. The spirit part of us is programmed already and knows what, why how and when for everything and situation. We’re so used to driving and controlling we don’t feel comfortable about another source driving and having control. Can we all agree that we love being in control? I mean, this is what drives people to the brink of suicide they want something that doesn’t exist at that time in their life. Let’s go through some of these likely concerns. The body has a job to do and so does the spirit. Imagine doing someone else’s job and not doing yours. Will anything get accomplished?
• People are worried about what they don’t have.
• People are worried about who they aren’t.
• People are worried about what they don’t see or hear..
• People are worried about what they don’t feel.
• People are worried what they don’t understand.
• People are worried about what they didn’t say or do
A good rule to live by is to always combine like terms in your life, in other words apples to apples and bananas to bananas, your life must be simplified to express a balanced equation. So, in bringing this to the topic of auto pilot, we should only think about what we have verses what we don’t. Here is a clearer perspective, lets say your mortgage is due and you don’t have enough to clear it. What should be the primary thought? Not having enough or what you do have? Thinking about something that doesn’t exist is like combining two unlike terms, this equation will not balance, again, you can’t worry about something you don’t have but you can think about what you have. So, now the question you would ask me “well, who’s going to worry or take care of what you don’t have?” Remember we were talking about auto-pilot; well this is where we apply that principle. We are a double being with each entity having a particular purpose and function
Body and spirit is where we want to focus our attention. One entity is visible and the other is invisible. There are four traits that separate us as humans and four that links us as listed below:
1. Things we believe.
2. Things we think.
3. Things we say
4. Things we do.
These are the four things that link us as humans.
Listed below are the four basic things that every living species responds to in the same manner which makes us all the same are:
1. When we are hungry we eat,
2. When we are tired we rest,
3. In time we will grow,
4. In the end we all die<
Being able to touch feel, see, hear, taste or smell demonstrates a function of reality. This is our five senses that validate our physical sense of awareness .If a person does not exhibit at least one of these functions that person would not be able to move
It’s not what you don’t have but take stock of what you do have Know what you have and keep your eyes on it. This will lead to increase. You are only responsible for what you can see, hear touch, smell or taste. The other part of you is responsible for the things you can’t see, touch, taste, smell or hears. This other part of you is called your spirit. Remember .in order to work and balance an algebra equation you must always combine like terms, apples to apples and oranges to oranges.
In other words you can’t be responsible for something you can’t see except you become invisible. Now if that were to happen, you would be able see things that can’t be seen or heard because you are invisible. Can the visible explain the invisible or the invisible explain the visible?. The body lives in a physical state and the spirit lives in a non-physical state. We can only control one part of this and that part is our body. We can’t control the spirit part of us because if we could we would know of things that that doesn’t exist. In other words, we would know of the future clearly. We can only guess of the future and if we were right all the time we would be perfect. We only know about the future because of past experiences. The spirit has a mind of its own and should be recognized as a separate entity with its own job. Ask yourself these questions” what happens after death? Do I know where to go after this physical experience? Do I have the address of information on my GPS navigator?” I’m sure your answer is based on some illogical theory that you can’t prove. It is very basic and simple, it’s not your job to know the invisible things, you can only respond to things that are seen or visible tangibly to the temporal realm. This is why I don’t understand why people follow something if you’re not sure other than trying to appease your uncertainty and insecurity of the future. My response to these questions would simply be “it’s not my job.” Remember the algebra equation; the goal is to balance the equation. This means you must first simplify the expression, and then combine like terms. You must put apples with apples and oranges with oranges to begin solving the equation.
The goal for us must be “to know what you have and keep your eyes on it. This is your job because you can responsibly be accountable for this. Why is life so confusing and complicated? Can the visible explain the invisible? The answer is no, we can’t explain the invisible no more than I could tell you the next lotto numbers without guessing, don’t let any one fool you. This is not a human function.
Our life is like a big gate, things come in and things go out. Confusing comes when a person can’t settle their thoughts on an issue.
The now experience
How do we live in the now and have that electrifying experience? It has to do with our awareness of our surrounding. We have senses to help us navigate through life and we must learn to harness them for the benefits of wholeness and health. Most of the time, we are doing things and have no inner connection to what we are saying, thinking or believe. Our emotions to our inner trait behavior are demonstrated by what we see, hear, smell, taste or touch. The “now experience” has to do with things you can see, hear, touch, taste or smell. This is the realm we live in and you can only respond to your five physical senses. So, you must constantly ask yourself” what do I feel, what do I hear, what do I smell, what do I see, and what do I taste/” This process of thinking will guide you to the present and now. You will be more affective to operate in your world with electricity and order. This process is no different than plugging in an appliance and the response is energy. We must always be plugged into our surrounding with the five sensory questions. This practice will tell you what to believe and your mind what to think your mouth what to say and your hands what to do. Everybody has the four behavior traits and they work in accordance to our five senses. If we learn to work the four behavior traits with the five senses, this will lead to peace and prosperity and health. Too many times, we are controlled by our five senses. Stay plugged in, this way you can involve or engage your sensory system in what ever you are doing. Have you ever had a conversation with some one and your mind was taking a walk? I started involving my five senses and being more aware of people, things and situations. These are the three factors that cause me to be a human being in my world and others. Living in the now, you should realize you have more now than you think you don’t have. Think about that, right now you have something more treasonable you can ever have and that is now. Think about what you have and bring yourself into the presence of now. We, most of the time, spend our time thinking about what we don’t have and who we aren’t. This leads to a place of unrest. The perfect peace is when we realize the present is more than later pr the past. .Everything that we have now is within our five senses and we can respond to address people things and situations. This will cause us to be more prepared with no apprehension or fear of the future. We can always respond correctly when we give our attention to the now.
