“I Understand, She has….”

I understand she has two parents,

And I know she loves both of them equally,

So she spends a few years with me, then with her mom,

How could I ever say no, when her happiness is my world,

And through those times when she goes, my heart falls in utter decline,

But then… knowing her happiness! That alone lifts me even higher within,

Making thy world around me, even more beautiful to know,

Understanding this is all that of pure love, how happy We truly are!

How happy I am to be, to be that of who I’ve always been,

For they know me not just as a man, but they know my Heart and Soul as well.
